Russian Vice President Alexander Novak said that they will not export petrol in any way for the next four months. Alexander Novak held a meeting with his officials regarding this. Accordingly, this decision will remain in effect until July 31.

Novak pointed to the sharp fluctuations in the price of crude oil. This is believed to be a direct effect of the ongoing fighting in the Middle East. Amid the war, he also said that international demand has increased unusually and that demand has strengthened.
